Tricia fulfills many roles in the practice, from working closely with P.J. and Cody in creating thorough, personalized financial strategies for clients, to handling financial aspects of running our business, coordinating schedules, inputting applications and following up with clients. With more than 35 years on the team, she has an in-depth understanding of the business, and she is highly skilled at anticipating the needs of both clients and team members. She focuses on serving others, asking herself constantly, “What does this client need and how can I help them meet their objectives?” and “What can I do to help our business succeed today?” She takes ownership of whatever she’s doing, even if it’s as simple as filing an application or phoning a client when she promised to.
Tricia is a leader who excels at helping others to empower themselves. She loves working with P.J. and Cody, guiding clients through the onboarding and implementation processes, making things as simple and stress-free as possible for them. She can take a complicated process and break it down, helping people find much-needed answers and solutions to problems. Tricia enjoys assisting newer team members to understand the intricacies of the business, and helping other team members with the more complex aspects of client requests. She is a skilled troubleshooter, and with her organizational prowess and attention to detail, she makes sure every task is done on time and with excellence.

Life and Health
Tricia was born overseas when her father (a chemical engineer troubleshooter) was working for Aramco. She moved to the States as a baby and has lived in California, Chicago, Indiana, Ohio, and western New York, where she spent much of her childhood. She moved to Louisiana in 1985 and today lives in a small town just north of New Orleans. She enjoys spending time with her dog Abby (aka Sassypants), a Boykin Spaniel who loves long walks at dawn and dusk and playing in the yard. Tricia also enjoys quality time playing board games with her son Frank.
Tricia loves being active and spending time outdoors—her hobbies include hiking, whitewater canoeing, kickboxing, and weight training (and of course, long walks with Abby!). She enjoys vacations with her sisters, especially somewhere cold to enjoy the snow. When she’s inside, Tricia likes to knit, crochet, or paint. She also enjoys visiting museums.
